Associate Consultant

PUBLIC

Led discovery, design and delivery across 10+ digital transformation projects for the content and digital channels team of the UK's largest procurement body, running structured user research with internal and external users and translating findings into prioritised product roadmap decisions.

Chaired 15+ multidisciplinary roundtables with senior leadership stakeholders, distilling user research into clear narratives to drive alignment on product direction and national policy outcomes.

Experienced in helping local and central government departments draft internal and external business cases in line with HM Treasury guidelines.

Designed and delivered process and impact evaluations across central and local government cyber programmes, including DSIT's Product Safety and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) and Cyber Runway and LGA's Cyber Security Support Services in alignment with HMT Green and Magenta Book frameworks.

Worked directly with 100+ early-stage AI, FinTech, ClimateTech and HealthTech startups, supporting GTM and growth strategy, building a strong understanding of the govtech market landscape and user needs at the product/policy interface.

Anthropie

Conducted comprehensive primary research, interviewing 10+ stakeholders and 15+ users across India for Anthropie's sexual wellness platform for urban youth, 'Izaar'.

National University Students' Skill Development Programme (NUSSD)

Conducted baseline process and impact evaluation, interviewing 15+ participants to develop an internal case study library.

Developed strategic social media campaigns, online and offline events, and the annual table book detailing the programme's scope and impact on the target population.
