I work with organisations at the intersection of research, policy and innovation, helping them understand what's working, for whom, and why. My work typically falls into three areas:
I design and deliver qualitative and mixed-methods research and evaluation for public programmes and social interventions, from discovery and user research through to impact evaluation and evidence-based recommendations. I bring a trauma-informed, inclusive and relational approach to research with diverse communities and stakeholders.
I help GovTech startups and innovation organisations navigate the UK public sector landscape, understanding procurement routes, identifying the right buyers, and validating their value proposition with government users. Having spent three years embedded in central and local government and engaging 200+ GovTech startups, I understand both sides of the relationship.
I support organisations developing policy positions, thought leadership and innovation strategies in the GovTech, social impact and civic technology space. I have experience drafting publications, guidebooks and briefings for public and private sector audiences.
